Incredible India Package Tour operates under the legal name S & C TOURS ( Prop. Mr. RAM PRAKASH ) (“the company” which expression includes its employees, subsidiaries and agents) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions:
Travellers can make your tailor made packages by filling up the form given on the website or by contacting Incredible India Package Tour.

Incredible India Package Tour is not itself a carrier or hotelier nor does it own aircraft, hotels or vehicles. The company exercises every care in the selection of carriers, hotels, tour operators and the suppliers of the travel services used in this brochure (all of which carriers, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers are called “the other suppliers”).
All bookings with the company are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the other suppliers some of whom limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss of or damage to baggage and may require the participant to complete a release of indemnity form prior to commencing the arrangements.
All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which the other suppliers provide their services and the company is not responsible for carrier caused delays. The terms of your contract are those terms and conditions under which the other suppliers provide their services.
The company is not liable in any way for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise of the other suppliers pursuant to a contract between the other suppliers and you (which may be evidenced by a ticket, voucher or other document) because the company has no control over the other suppliers.
Should the company or its other suppliers deem it desirable for political, climatic, overbooking of hotels/ lodges or other reasons to amend or vary any itinerary, it may do so by shortening, varying or completely rerouting the trip in which case no objection or claim for compensation will be made by the participant. The company advises that it is compulsory to take out insurance against the above mentioned risks for your protection.
These terms and conditions are incapable of alteration or waiver by any servant agent or representative of the company or of any person providing services on the tour.
To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.

All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. S & C TOURS (Incredible India Package Tour).


Payments:
After finalise the services, 50 % advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like hotel or resort bookings during the high peak tourist season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Payment Options:
Payment can be made by Credit Card through our secured online payment gateway system, by Bank Transfer. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be on total cost of tours as follows:

FOR HOTELS
No refund requests will be accepted post successful booking of Hotels from Day one.

FOR BUS / CAR / TOUR
1. Within 12 hrs in advance before the schedule departure 100% cancellation
2. More than 12 hrs in advance before the schedule departure 50% cancellation
3. Within 24 hrs in advance before the schedule departure 25% cancellation

FLIGHT TICKETS CANCELLATION CHARGES
As per the Airline Rules, Tnc. International & Domestic
Failure to reconfirm International Tickets Booking (s) before
72 hrs the schedule departure will result in the cancellation of reservation (s) as per airline rules
The Tourist office will not be responsible for any loss of article in the Coach / Car / Hotels
Please take care of your luggage personally during the tour

Please note –
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case of booking with Taj, Leela, Oberoi group of hotels & any other luxury hotels and high peak season bookings (Special seasons like (Dec)X’ Mas ,(Oct- Nov) Diwali / New Year (Dec-Jan) period NO refund will be provided irrespective of the period.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
In regard to refund of unused / un-utilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

All disputes and legal obligations are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
